I love to travel, exploring the world God created, learning about and experiencing other cultures, and making wonderful new friends along the way. I also enjoy trading travel stories and tips with others, and teaching others about travel. That is why I started this web-site. This site is my first step.

And so is the trip I am about to take. It’s been many years since I last traveled and I have really missed it. So, I am taking the plunge again. I will be traveling for a month, backpacking through Greece solo and backpacking with a tour through Turkey. The thought generates mixed feelings of apprehension and excitement; but, mostly excitement.
